I cannot vouch for the accuracy nor comprehensiveness of its work in general, nor this particular entry, but nonetheless find Wikipedia’s article on The Keating Five to be informative and topical.  Let’s all acknowledge that there’s plenty of blame to go ‘round in our present mess, but since experience, judgement, and change seem to be the themes of this election cycle, it seems appropriate that we all could stand to revisit the particulars of an economic debacle from the not-too-distant past…
